Coffee Table – Swamp Kauri/Macrocarpa Bur legs /Totara magazine rack Top 1450 mm x 800 mm Height 400 mm

 The Swamp Kauri top on this coffee table was purchased from Northland Kauri.  The Macrocarpa burs form the legs & are milled from a tree at Paratahi Bay, Northland. These were recovered when the tree was felled to widen the road.  The Totara saplings for the magazine rack were sourced from a dairy farm at Puhi Puhi, Northland. They are wilding seedlings ,blown from an adjacent bush block & removed from grazing pasture bi-annually. No screws or nails were used in the manufacture of this table.  It is Finished with Californian Orange Oil and sealed with Teak Wax.
